I would like to introduce myself as an anonymous enthusiastic golfer who is neither interested in his own visibility nor in pursuing commercial and profit-making initiatives in this sector.

In fact, Golf is not my job but a sport that I have been practicing at a good amateur level for many years.

The experience gainedand the technical and regulatory skills acquired over the time (even if anyone will never stop learning!) have led me to cover institutional roles on a voluntary basis within the golf club I have been attending.

But above all, I was able to appreciate how much this wonderful game have offered me.

Actually, in addition to the improvement of my physical well-being thanks to sports practice, a healthy and carefree lifestyle (outdoors, in the countryside and in pleasant company – I prefer team competitions! -), I realized how much I hadimproved my ability to identify and manage my weaknesses, to observe and respect the expectations of the others and to recognize the need to safeguard our common asset (the golf course) essential for golfers’ playing pleasure.

In summary: I made the Spirit of the Game of Golf my own.

Considering how lucky I was and how much I have received from Golf, I finally made the decision, as indicated in the ‘mission’ and without any ambition of authority, to start to give back to this beautiful game my modest and respectful contribution.

And so … InfluGolfer was born.
